Anne Kelley & Kurtis

Anne Kelley’s pallete of deep burgundy to fushcia, soft mint-gray green, touches of peach and copper accents created the sophisticated, organic, yet clean and modern style she envisioned. Her unique florals consisting of deep red/ fuchsia peonies, fuchsia and peach stock, burgundy callas, silver dollar and seeded eucalyptus, sunset protea and burgundy astilbe popped off the light wooden tables and pale mint raw silk linens. A personal touch for the ceremony aisle came from the mother’s home in Little Rock Arkansas, where she provided a beautiful burgundy, oriental carpet runner as the entrance to the aisle extended to the altar with a thick carpet of rich copper rose petals. Guests processed back down the aisle to enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres under the festive lights on the oyster tabby to tease their palate for a variety of dinner stations throughout the house. Ending with late night dancing in the tent on the main lawn and a confetti launch send off, the blending of these two families was a Charleston Celebration to remember.
